CLEANING METHOD AND CLEANING LINE FOR NOZZLE OF FDM-3D PRINTER

A cleaning method for a nozzle of a FDM-3D printer comprises the following step that at the temperature of 170-300 degrees centigrade, a cleaning line is extruded on the FDM-3D printer so that residual materials in the nozzle of the FDM-3D printer can be extruded. The diameter of the cleaning line is matched with that of the nozzle. The material of the cleaning line is polyethylene or modified polyethylene. The softening point of the material of the cleaning line is 100 -200 degrees centigrade, the melt flow rate is 0.5g-15g/10min, and the hardness is larger than or equal to 60 shore D. The cleaning method can prevent the nozzle of the FDM-3D printer from being blocked.
