A wiper motor ECU (41) outputs a replacement-time stop signal to a washer pump ECU (42) when service position (SP) operation is detected while a wiper blade is moving. Then, the washer pump ECU (42) stops a washer pump (30) upon the input of the replacement-time stop signal even if a washer switch, which allows cleaning liquid to be discharged, is being operated. According to this configuration, when the wiper blade movement is stopped during replacement of the wiper blade, the washer pump (30) which discharges cleaning liquid is also stopped. This minimizes the waste of cleaning liquid and allows a greater amount of cleaning liquid to be saved. |
