Disclosed are a fixated offshore structure and a construction method for the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixated offshore structure comprises: a foundation unit mounted on a seabed; a floating unit fixated on the surface of the sea by being connected to a guiding line connected to a foundation unit; and a unit block body having an insertion hole in order for the floating unit and the guiding line to pass through the insertion hole, wherein the unit block body is piled on the foundation unit by the floating unit passing through the insertion hole and the guiding line. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the fixated offshore structure is able to easily be constructed to be fixated to the seabed. |
