[Problem] To provide a power generation input device capable of stable power generation even when the operation speed of operation members is not uniform. [Solution] A power generation input device 100 having a configuration comprising: a travel member 10 being reciprocally movable in a first direction (Z1-Z2 direction); an impelling member 20 that continually impels the travel member 10 to one (Z1) side in the first direction; a power generation member 30 that generates power in conjunction with the movement of the travel member 10 from the other (Z2) side to the one (Z1) side in the first direction; a restricting member 40 having a limiting unit 40a that resists the impelling force F of the impelling member 20 and limits movement of the travel member 10 from the other (Z2) side to the one (Z1) side in the first direction and a permitting unit 40b that enables movement by the travel member 10 towards the one (Z1) side in the first direction as a result of the impelling force of the impelling member 20; and an operation member 50 that moves the restricting member 40 and switches operation between the limiting unit 40a and the permitting unit 40b. |
