The expansion and fastening connection structure comprises the expansion and fastening connection assembly, a main component (1), and an auxiliary component (2); the expansion and fastening connection assembly comprises a drive core element and an expansion sleeve (11) sleeving the drive core element and formed from an expansion element (10); provided on the expansion element (10) are conical surfaces for expansion (38, 40); provided on the drive core element is a drive conical surface; provided on the holed wall of the main component (1) is a wedge-shaped ring blocker (8); the expansion element (10) comprises a wedge-shaped blocking part (15) and a fixing and blocking part (16); when the expansion sleeve (11) is completely expanded, the wedge-shaped blocking part (15) extends into the wedge-shaped ring blocker (8) and clamps together; the auxiliary component (2) is axially blocked by the fixing and blocking part (16), and the expansion sleeve (11) connects and fastens the auxiliary component (2) and the main component (1) together. The present invention provides a reliable connection that does not fail even in bad conditions such as when the load, in particular the axial load, is large, when vibration is severe, when the temperature is high, or when the temperature moves between high and low extremes. |
