Because the base part is disposed on the position, which is overlapped with the positions of the magnets in the radial direction, therefore the axial lengths of the magnets are not limited. The axial lengths of the magnets can be prolonged, and the strong magnetic force can be achieved, in addition, the peripheral widths of the arm parts are shorter than the radial lengths of the arm parts. The peripheral lengths of the magnets can be prolonged, therefore the stronger magnetic force can be achieved. |
