The present disclosure relates to a vehicle (401) having a transverse panel (461) and a transverse aerodynamic member (471). The transverse aerodynamic member (471) is disposed in or is movable to an operating position in which it is spaced apart from the transverse panel (461). In said operating position, the transverse aerodynamic member (471) is operable to direct airflow downwardly at the rear of the vehicle (401) to control the vertical propagation of the wake formed behind the vehicle (401).
