<p>PURPOSE:To bond nylon with a metal simultaneously with the forming without causing the foaming and the deformation thereof by a method wherein nylon 11 or nylon 12 is injected into an injection molding mold to which the metal coated with a primer is fixed under a condition of being heated. CONSTITUTION:The metal coated with the baking type thermosetting coating of epoxy series, phenol series or the like is heated to a temperature higher than 100 deg.C and is fixed to the injection molding mold. Subsequently, nylon 11 or nylon 12 is molded by injection under a condition that the temperature of the metal is kept at 100 deg.C or more and the molded nylon 11 or nylon 12 is bonded to the metal with a good time aging bonding force. By effecting a formation process such as phosphoric acid process, chromic acid process or the like on the metal beforehand, an adhering property good for a further long period of time may be retained.</p> |
