<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic device manufacturing method by which an organic device can be manufactured with a good yield by a transfer method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing an intermediate member 8 constituting a part of an organic device 1; preparing a transfer member 9 having a release layer 7; preparing a coating liquid containing an organic material and a solvent in which the organic material is dissolved, and which has affinity to the release layer 7; and applying the coating liquid to the release layer 7 of the transfer member 9 thereby to form an organic layer 4 on the release layer 7, and then transferring the organic layer 4 from the release layer 7 to the intermediate member 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
