<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that properly notifies a player of a lottery result while preventing an increase in storage capacity. <P>SOLUTION: An MPU 62 of a main controller 60 performs a jackpot lottery by use of reserve information acquired when a ball enters an upper start pocket provided in a game region, and when jackpot is won, performs a distribution lottery for distributing the type of the jackpot result. The lottery results are displayed through display control of a special symbol display device 33. The special symbol display device 33 is provided with a plurality of special symbol display parts, and each special symbol display part has a plurality of display regions.
