PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel battery cell which can restrain the oxidation of a conductive support or a fuel electrode support and also can sufficiently supply fuel gas to a fuel electrode layer or the fuel electrode support, as well as a fuel battery module and a fuel battery device.SOLUTION: A cell 1a has: a fuel electrode layer 3 and a conductive support 2 which are supplied with fuel gas and provided in order on one principal surface of a solid electrolyte layer 4; an oxide electrode layer 5 which is supplied with oxygen-containing gas and provided on the other principal surface; and a plurality of fuel gas passages 7 penetrating from one end to the other end of the cell 1a arranged in one row at predetermined intervals on the conductive support 2. At one end of the cell 1a are formed oxidation restricting layers 10 on each of the faces of the conductive support 2 constituting the plurality of fuel gas passages 7, and the oxidation restricting layers 10 in the middle portions of the fuel gas passages 7 arranged in one row are formed in a greater depth toward the other end than the oxidation restricting layers 10 at both ends of the fuel gas passages 7. |
