<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a make-up cosmetic excellent in the production of natural glossy appearance and usability. <P>SOLUTION: This oil gel cosmetic is characterized by comprising a heavy oil agent selected from polybutene, polyisobutene, heavy liquid paraffin, hydroxystearic acid ester whose hydroxy group may be acylated, and an N-acylamino acid ester, and a solid fat selected from solid paraffin, ceresin, ozokerite, cetyl stearate, microcrystalline wax, Japan tallow, beeswax, and carnauba wax.
