PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a terminal device for supporting TDD to further easily perform wireless communication at FDD cells.SOLUTION: The device includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring information representing an uplink/downlink configuration of TDD; and a controlling unit for informing a terminal device of the uplink/downlink configuration.
