PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electric heating actuator that increases deformation, speeds up reaction speed, simplifies technology, lowers production cost, and is suitable for mass production.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electric heating actuator comprises a first step of providing carbon nano-tube paper, a second step of cutting the carbon nano-tube paper along a cutting line to form a patterned carbon nano-tube paper, a third step of arranging at least two electrodes on the patterned carbon nano-tube paper, and a fourth step of forming a polymer structure having flexibility on the patterned carbon nano-tube paper to form the electric heating actuator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
