PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a proper follow up date after a medical activity, such as endoscopic examination.SOLUTION: A report generation part 321 generates a report of a medical activity, based on information inputted to a terminal by a medical care provider after medical activity. A score generation part 322 generates a diagnosis score which is derived from input contents with respect to plural items on the report of the medical activity. A follow up candidate date determination part 323 determines a progress observation candidate date of a patient related to the medical activity, based on the diagnosis score. A display control part 325 displays the determined progress observation candidate date on a screen of the terminal.
