A syringe piston pushing device is provided to inject a correct amount of medical cement into a human body by moving a piston with the same pressure, and to improve quality and reliability of the product. A syringe piston pushing device includes a syringe mounting portion(10) and a piston pushing device(20). The syringe mounting portion(10) fixes the syringe, and a screw hole is formed on an upper head portion of the syringe mounting portion(10). The piston pushing portion(20) ascends and descends vertically by making a screw rod coupled to the screw hole, moves the piston with the same pressure to push continuously, and injects a correct amount of the content of the syringe into a human body.
