PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stoker furnace that enhances combustion efficiency of a soil fuel moving on a fire grate in a combustion furnace.SOLUTION: In a stoker furnace, a stationary fire grate 26b and a movable fire grate 26a partially mounted on the stationary fire grate 26b are alternately arranged; the movable fire grate 26a can oscillate along the upper surface of the stationary fire grate 26b; a solid fuel 12 is combusted while extruded on the stationary fire grate 26b and the movable fire grate 26a.
