PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle remover which can enhance the purification of a wiping cloth and achieve constant renewal of the surface of the wiping cloth.SOLUTION: A casing 11 for blocking a wiping cloth 15 in an internal space 12 is provided. A wiping part 13 is formed outside of the casing 11. The wiping cloth 15 is wound in a feeding part 16 and stored in the internal space 12, used for removing particles in a condition exposed outside in the wiping part 13 and the used wiping cloth 15 is wound up in the take-up part 17. The internal space 12 of the casing 11 has higher closed nature so that the wiping cloth 15 can keep a wet state with moist liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
