PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable resin impregnation to be excellently and surely performed with a simple construction and enable an electrolytic film/electrode structure and a resin frame member to be firmly joined to each other.SOLUTION: An electrolytic film/electrode structure 10 with a resin frame is formed by integrating an electrolytic film/electrode structure 10a and a resin frame member 24. The resin frame member 24 has a frame-shaped resin protrusion portion 24t, and the resin protrusion portion 24t is provided with an inner peripheral slope face 27a and an outer peripheral slope face 27b.
