PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accommodate a strip which is necessary for lashing a steel material, to easily take out the accommodated strip at desired timing, and to shorten a lead time of the cargo handling and the lashing of the steel material.SOLUTION: This strip accommodation device accommodates a hooped strip for binding each steel material to be transported, and comprises: an entrance-side accommodation part for linearly accommodating the strip which is received via an entrance part; an arc-shaped accommodation part which is formed into an arc bent toward a side opposite to the entrance part, continues to the entrance-side accommodation part, and accommodates the strip in an arc shape; and a depth-side accommodation part which continues to the arc-shaped accommodation part, and accommodates the strip into a region between an outermost peripheral portion of the arc-shaped accommodation part and a tip portion of the entrance-side accommodation part. An entire portion of the strip in a longitudinal direction is accommodated in an accommodation chamber which continues toward a depth end part of the depth-side accommodation part via the entrance-side accommodation part and the arc-shaped accommodation part from the entrance part so as to be withdrawal. A center angle of an arc formed by the arc-shaped accommodation part is not smaller than 90[°] and smaller than 360[°].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
