PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article providing system capable of discerning a customer while considering the state of a returned article and optimizing the service to be provided to the customer.SOLUTION: A manager terminal 40 transmits a piece of HCL (Hard Customer Level) information which represents HCL (Hard Customer Level) and a piece of article state information which represents the state of an article. At an information management server (EC site server 10), a customer management section 11b updates a piece of registered information in a customer database 20, which registers customer information relevant to the customer, based on the HCL information. A customer estimation section 11c estimates the customer based on the HCL information. An article determination section 11e determines an article to be provided to the customer from an article management database 30 in which article information relevant to the articles is registered based on estimation on the customer by the customer estimation section 11c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
