PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external composition which has a high skin-care effect in the treatment of dry skin and the like, and is excellent in stability.SOLUTION: The invention provides an external composition containing (A) γ-oryzanol, (B) a retinol derivative and/or tocopherol derivative, and (C) urea.
