PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device that suppresses variation in a gap between a TFT substrate and a counter substrate and prevents occurrence of display irregularity in an operation at high temperature.SOLUTION: A bank-like projection 10 is formed in a sealing part of a TFT substrate 100; and a filler is mixed in a sealing material 20.
