PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow regulating valve capable of improving the manufacturing efficiency by simplifying an electric circuit for a piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A flow regulating valve 70 is equipped with a valve body 71 and a valve seat 74. The valve body 71 includes a diaphragm plate 72 made of a conductive material, and a piezoelectric element 73 jointed to that diaphragm plate 72. The flow regulating valve 70 further comprises a first electrically conductive rod 78 supported in a housing 36 and extending in the axial direction, and the portion of the first electrically conductive rod 78 in a pressure-regulating chamber 60 is fixed on the diaphragm plate 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
