PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an initial cost of a temperature adjustment device capable of keeping the room temperature of a thermostatic room constant is expensive.SOLUTION: A temperature adjustment device of this invention adjusts the room temperature of a thermostatic room, and includes: a cooling circuit that contains a variable displacement type compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and an evaporator; and a temperature adjustment circuit that contains an evaporator and a heater, and in which a medium adjusting the room temperature of the thermostatic room flows. The heater can control heating capacity in two stages, and adjusts the room temperature with the medium flowing in the temperature adjustment circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
