PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute removal and sucking of tissue under capsule.SOLUTION: Liquid being biocompatible liquid and being imparted with pulsating flow is injected from an injection tube constituted as an inner tube, tissue under capsule is extirpated by using a liquid injection device sucking the liquid from a sucking tube constituted as an outer tube of the injection tube. In a first step, an incision of a capsule surface is made by injecting the liquid imparted with the pulsating flow from the injection tube in a state of the capsule surface of the tissue under capsule being suctioned to an opening end of the sucking tube by sucking by the sucking tube. In a second step, removal of the tissue under capsule and the sucking of the tissue under capsule removed by the sucking tube are executed by injecting the liquid imparted with the pulsating flow to the tissue under capsule from the injection tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
