PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in rigidity and a dynamic characteristic of a tab even when an initial contact point of the tab and a ramp during unloading is positioned at more disk outside. SOLUTION: A data recording device of one embodiment is provided with: a head 105; a ramp 115 retreating the head 105; a load beam having a head supporting part 302a supporting the head 105 and having, at a more distal end side of the head supporting part 302a, a tab 116 contacting with a sliding plane of the ramp 115 and sliding during load/unload; and an actuator 106 having the load beam 302 and loading/unloading the head 105. The part of the tab 116, deviated from a center of a short side direction of the tab contacts with the sliding plane of the ramp 115 first during unloading, the load beam 302 has a flange formed in a bent state continuously from the distal end part of the tab to both end parts of the head supporting part.
