PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination kit, a determination method and a testing method which are capable of detecting a critical colonization wound or an infection wound accurately and quickly.SOLUTION: A determination method and a testing method includes: a determination kit of a critical colonization wound or an infection wound including a primer pair that amplifies at least one kind of gene selected from the group consisting of NPPB, ITGB6, CPNE4, EML5, ITSN1 and CPEB1; a process of detecting expression of at least one kind of gene selected from the group consisting of NPPB, ITGB6, CPNE4, EML5, ITSN1 and CPEB1 in a cell in wound exudate collected from a subject having a wound; and a process of determining that the wound is a critical colonization wound or an infection wound in the case where expression of at least one kind of gene is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
