PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform an opposite device of the state of an own device at the start of communication for a handover.SOLUTION: A method of controlling a communication device includes: transmitting a first request message including information representing that a communication process that the other communication is requested to perform is not determined yet, the first request message being a message for requesting a connection with the other communication device by second communication means when a connection with the other communication device is made by first communication means while the communication process to be requested is not determined yet; and receiving a first response message including information on whether the connection by the second communication system can be made and on a communication process, using the communication by the second communication system, that the other communication device can execute, and selecting a communication process to be executed using communication by the second communication means based upon the information, using the communication by the second communication system, that the other communication device can execute, the information being included in the response message.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
