PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overshoot by controlling power consumption by quickly reaching a target temperature.SOLUTION: A composite heat source heat pump device 1 includes: a first heating heat exchanger 41 and a second heating heat exchanger 51 disposed in series in a heating circulation circuit 31 of a heat radiation terminal 2; a first compressor 43 of a first heat pump circuit of an underground heat source; and a second compressor 53 of a second heat pump circuit of an air heat source. At the start-up time of a heating operation, the composite heat source heat pump device 1 includes: a priority circuit determination step of determining one of the first compressor 43 and the second compressor 53 as a priority power source, and the other as an auxiliary power source; a priority circuit drive step of driving only the priority power source by setting rotation speed lower than a maximum rotation speed; and an auxiliary circuit drive step of, in the case where a circulation liquid temperature has not reached a target temperature or in the case where a temperature rise rate of the circulation liquid temperature in a predetermined time range is below a predetermined threshold value, also driving the auxiliary power source by setting the rotation speed lower than the maximum rotation speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
