SOLUTION: This speed reducer 1 comprises an input rotating body 10; an output rotating body 30; and a speed reducing mechanism 20 present between both bodies. The output rotating body includes discs 31, 32 arranged at a right angle to its rotating axis; and a plurality of pins 33 fixed to the discs. Each of the pins includes a press-fit part press-fitted into a hole of the disc to be press-fitted and a rotation transmitting part positioned outside the hole to be press-fitted. In addition, the press-fitting part has a strong press-fitting part and a weak press-fitting part. The strong press-fitting part is press-fitted to the hole to be press-fitted with the first interference. The weak press-fitted part is positioned closer to the rotation transmitting part than the strong press-fitting part and press-fitted with a smaller second interference than the first interference in respect to the hole to be press-fitted.EFFECT: To enable an inclination of pins in respect to an axial direction to be restricted under an arrangement of a strong press-fitting part and a weak press-fitting part, resulting in that a speed reducing mechanism and the pins to be assembled in a superior manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
