PURPOSE: An authentication method using a 2D code is provided to determine the authenticity of an authentication target with the 2D code by displaying authentication target information. CONSTITUTION: An authentication target with a 2D code including a screening unit is prepared(S100). A terminal obtains authentication request information corresponding to the target and connection information from a 2D code without the screening unit(S200). The terminal refers the connection information to access an authentication server(S300). The terminal accessing the server the authentication request information to the server(S400). The server compares the authentication request information with authentication information(S500). The server transmits authentication result information including the comparison result to the terminal and permanently terminates authentication for the authentication information when the authentication information corresponds to the authentication request information(S600).
