PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new imidazole compound having high stability of the compound itself, and further to provide a new imidazole compound useful as a liposome-membrane constituting lipid.SOLUTION: There are provided: a compound represented by the following general formula (1) and a liposome containing the compound. In the formula, Z represents an imidazolyl group which may be substituted, Lrepresents an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms which may be substituted, X represents a substituent containing an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom, n represents an integer of 2 to 4, m represents an integer of 1 to 20, Lrepresents a divalent linking group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, Y represents a nitrogen-containing group, Rand Rrepresent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a substituent, and Rand Rrepresent an alkyl group having 1 to 40 carbon atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
