PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of appropriately supporting a diagnosis of a diagnosis object device by a user by detecting the present state of the diagnosis object device with high accuracy, and to provide a diagnosis support method and a control program.SOLUTION: The information processing device includes a storage part for storing a device image of a diagnosis object device, a photographing part for photographing a photographic image, a display part, a display control part 213 for overlapping the device image stored in the storage part on the photographic image photographed by the photographing part to display the device image in the display part, a determination part 214 for determining whether the diagnosis object device is in a diagnosable state on the basis of the photographic image and the device image displayed in the display part, and a processing part 212 for executing diagnosis support processing for supporting diagnosis of the diagnosis object device by the user in the case that the determination part determines that the diagnosis object device in a diagnosable state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
