The present invention relates to a method to produce electricity by increasing pressure and a flowing speed of gently flowing river water or sea water. To achieve this, after a hopper-shaped water pipe is formed, and a plurality of turbines are installed in the pipe at appropriate intervals, water flows into an inlet of a hopper to increase the amount of flowing water, thereby producing electricity. |
