According to an aspect of the present embodiment, provided is a method for simplifying complex three-dimensional polygonal mesh data which simplifies three-dimensional polygonal mesh data while the feature region of a three-dimensional polygonal mesh and the appearance and shape of a model are maximally preserved. |
