The present invention relates to a guide apparatus for a headrest of a vehicle, which comprises: a body unit fixedly installed in a vehicle seat, wherein a first guide hole into which a pole of a headrest for a vehicle is inserted is provided on one side; a guide unit provided in an upper side of the body unit, wherein a second guide hole into which the pole penetrates is provided on one side, and a third guide hole is provided to be interconnected to the second guide hole on the other side for a locking unit to be selectively inserted in both directions; the locking unit inserted in any one direction of the third guide hole to restrict the pole inserted into the first guide hole; an elastic member elastically supporting the locking unit; and a cap unit detachably provided in the body unit in an external side of the guide unit and the locking unit, and supporting the elastic member, thereby supporting two poles with the same product while satisfying the requirements of FMVSS regulations in North America. |
