The communication terminal device 300, which controls access restrictions as a result of received access restriction information, comprises: a restriction determination unit 340 which determines whether an access restriction is valid; and a control unit 350 which, if the access restriction has been determined as valid, emphasises only the display of services that are permitted for use on the basis of the access restriction. Thus, if access has been restricted, the user can easily recognise the restricted content. |
