If the access interval is greater than a reference value, a setting unit (232) sets an advertisement display region on a sales page to a first size (the large size), and an arranging unit (233) lists and arranges, in the advertisement display region for which the first size is set, a plurality of banner advertisements for filling the region. Meanwhile, if the access interval is within the reference value, the setting unit (232) sets the advertisement display region in the sales page to a second size (the small size), and the arranging unit (233) arranges, in the advertisement display region for which the second size is set, a plurality of banner advertisements for being displayed sequentially. A providing unit (240) provides the sales page in which the banner advertisements are arranged to the user terminal. |
