Provided is a display device. The display device includes: a first substrate; a pixel defining film defining a pixel area on the first substrate; a pixel electrode disposed in the pixel area; a light emitting layer disposed on the pixel electrode; a common electrode disposed on the light emitting layer; a second substrate disposed to face the first substrate; a border black matrix disposed on one surface of the second substrate to define a non-display area; a reflecting film disposed on the border black matrix; a light guide unit disposed on one surface of the first substrate; and a light sensor unit receiving light emitted from the light guide unit. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the display device can detect the brightness of a dummy pixel regardless of a front emission method or a rear emission method, obtain a sufficient quantity of light to detect the brightness of the dummy pixel by disposing the reflecting film on the dummy pixel, and compensate deterioration of the pixel by using the detected brightness. |
