In the present invention, a microneedle unit is provided with microneedles that include the following: a base having a first surface and a second surface that is opposite to the first surface; and protrusions that protrude from the first surface of the base. The microneedle unit is further provided with the following: an adhesive sheet that has an adhesive surface which includes a pasted region that has been pasted onto the second surface of the base, and an adhesive region that extends from the pasted region so as to protrude at the outer side of the base in a direction parallel to the second surface; and a protective sheet that covers a portion of the adhesive region at the outer side of the base in the direction parallel to the second surface. |
