PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an event information distribution device capable of timely distributing event information to an appropriate distribution destination even when communication delay occurs.SOLUTION: A server device 12 comprises: a distribution target region definition section 88 for defining distribution target regions 116 and 122 to which event information 62 is distributed; and a distribution destination determination section 90 for determining one or more movable bodies (an own vehicle 14 and an other vehicle 16) existing in the distribution target regions 116 and 122 as distribution destinations of the event information 62 by referring to location information read from a probe information DB 78. The distribution target region definition section 88 defines regions excluding a neighborhood region 120 of an event location 114 where an event occurs as the distribution target regions 116 and 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
