The remote control method for an intelligent device can comprise: monitoring incoming call information about a control device; extracting an incoming call feature based on the incoming call information; when the incoming call feature of the control device meets a pre-set condition, setting the state of the present device as a controlled state; generating a policy according to a pre-set control instruction, and parsing the incoming call feature monitored in the case where the present device is in the controlled state to generate a control instruction corresponding to the incoming call feature; and according to the generated control instruction, querying a pre-set relationship set and controlling the present device to execute an action corresponding to the control instruction, wherein the pre-set relationship set comprises: at least one group of correspondences between the control instruction and the action executed by the present device. By applying the above-mentioned technical solution, remote control over an intelligent device to execute various functions can be realized. The implementation method is simple, and the universality is high.
