The present invention relates to an apparatus for cultivating mushrooms which enables the mushrooms to rapidly grow without being exposed to external and harmful environmental factors and also enables a user to cultivate the mushrooms in a highly integrated and efficient manner in a limited space. The apparatus for cultivating mushrooms comprises: a container which provides a close space; a cultivation chamber which is arranged in the middle of the container by separation walls installed on both sides in the container; shelves in multiple stages which are arranged on a frame erected and installed in the cultivation chamber; upper portion open-type mushroom boxes which are placed on the shelves to contain mushroom starters; a horizontal transfer unit which horizontally transfers the mushroom boxes, placed on the shelves, along the shelves; a vertical transfer unit which transfers the mushroom boxes, located on outward portions of the shelves, to a direct upper portion or a direct lower portion with respect to the shelves; and an internal environment control unit which controls an environment in the cultivation chamber.
