According to an embodiment of the present invention, an information processing method of a liquor payment management server comprises the following steps of: generating liquor information and delivery information by processing order information received from a terminal of an affiliated store; transmitting the liquor information and delivery information to a terminal of a wholesale store, and confirming whether the payment is made or not; transmitting payment data to a bank server and receiving an approval notification corresponding to the payment data, when the payment is confirmed to be made; generating payment completion information based on the liquor information and delivery information, when the approval notification is received; and transmitting the payment completion information to the terminal of the affiliated store. The purpose of the present invention is to shorten the payment process and reduce the processing cost through a liquor payment management system which is available online, without the purchase of additional equipment.
