PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven loop circuit reduced in the time taken to start for use in micro-electrical-mechanical system (MEMS) gyroscopes.SOLUTION: A motor-driven loop circuit 50 comprises a motor 100 so configured as to drive a low proof mass 140 in a MEMS gyroscope and a minus 90-degree phase-shift twin T notch filter 120. The motor 100 is so configured as to cause the proof mass 140 in the main proof mass mode. The minus 90-degree phase-shift twin T notch filter 120 gives a minus 90-degree phase at a motor resonance frequency equal to the main proof mass mode, and is so configured as to restrain resonance in a mechanical mode undesirable for the motor during the start-up of the motor and to give a gain at the motor resonance frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
