Provided is a wireless network access control method, comprising: after an RRC connection between a first base station and a user equipment (UE) is established, establishing a wireless bearer for the UE according to a service request from the UE; when it is determined that the UE meets the requirements to communicate with a second base station of which the type is different from the first base station, allocating to the UE a dedicated configuration resource which is used for the UE to initiate a dedicated uplink detection signal; indicating a specific second base station to measure the dedicated uplink detection signal initiated by the UE, and allocating a second base station to the UE according to a measurement result; and indicating the UE to transmit data via the second base station allocated to the UE.
