The motor rotor (100) comprises: a body (1), wherein the body (1) is provided with a rotor hole (11) and a plurality of magnetic steel grooves (12) surrounding the rotor hole (11), and an outer contour of the body (1) comprises a plurality of concentric arc segments (101) concentric to the rotor hole (11) and connection line segments (102) connected between the concentric arc segments (101), the plurality of concentric arc segments (101) respectively corresponding to the plurality of magnetic steel grooves (12) one to one in the radial direction, the connection line segments (102) comprising at least one straight line segment (1021), with an inclined angle between a centre normal of each straight line segment (1021) and a connection line, between a middle point of each straight line segment and the centre of the rotor hole (11), being β, and β being greater than or equal to 0 degrees and less than or equal to 20 degrees; and a plurality of magnetic steels (2), wherein each of the magnetic steel grooves (12) is internally provided with at least one magnetic steel (2).
