PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a transparent adhesive sheet capable of giving an adhesive sheet having excellent transparency, excellent adhesive force, and a high refractive index, and to provide a transparent adhesive sheet obtained from the composition for a transparent adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: The composition for a transparent adhesive sheet contains at least: a (meth)acrylic resin obtained by copolymerizing monomers containing 30-70 mass% of a (meth)acrylate (A) represented by general formula (1) and 30-70 mass% of a polymerizable monomer (B) containing as an essential component a (meth)acrylate (B1) having a hydroxy group; and a crosslinking agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
