The present invention relates to a novel methanone derivative, a preparation method for same, and a pharmaceutical composition, for preventing or treating retinal diseases, containing same as an active ingredient. A novel methanone derivative, an optical isomer of same, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts of same, according to the present invention, has excellent inhibitory efficiency of receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1 (RIPK1).
